Visit, Subscribe & Earn: KashBack Links and attribution
Every Kashback earning starts with a KashBack Link. This page explains what happens between clicking "Visit, Subscribe & Earn" and seeing Koins on your dashboard — and what can break the chain.
The attribution chainlink
When you select Visit, Subscribe & Earn (or copy your KashBack Link), Kashback creates a link that is unique to you and that listing. Opening it records the click and lands you on the vendor's site with your link's identity attached.
When you complete a qualifying subscription, it is verified and matched back to your link. Kashback applies the listing's earning rule and records the subscription against your account.
- check_circleOne link per listing: revisiting a listing reuses your existing link, and its click and subscription counts accumulate on your Dashboard.
- check_circleThe attribution window is per listing and shown on the card (30 days unless that listing sets a different one): the subscription must complete within the window after your click.
- check_circleLast click wins — if you later click someone else's referral link for the same vendor, the newer click can take the attribution.
Subscription lifecyclelink
Each reported subscription has a lifecycle you can watch on the Dashboard and History pages:
- check_circlePending — reported and awaiting verification (automatic for most listings, manual review for some).
- check_circleConfirmed — verified; Koins are credited immediately, or held for the listing's holdback period first.
- check_circleRejected — did not qualify or was reversed by a refund/cancellation. You are notified with the reason, and the reason also shows on the subscription in your History.
Keeping attribution intactlink
- check_circleAlways start the subscription from Visit, Subscribe & Earn or your copied KashBack Link.
- check_circleComplete the subscription in the same browser where you clicked, with ad-blockers and strict tracking protection relaxed for the vendor's checkout.
- check_circleFinish inside the attribution window — if it lapses, click your link again before subscribing.

Subscriptions typically appear within minutes to 72 hours. They show as pending first; confirmation timing depends on the listing's settings.

The vendor page opened without my link — do I still earn?expand_more
Only subscriptions that started from your KashBack Link attribute. If you navigated to the vendor directly, go back to the listing and click Visit, Subscribe & Earn before subscribing.
