Visit & Earn: tracking and attribution
Every Kashback earning starts with a tracked link. This page explains what happens between clicking "Visit & Earn" and seeing Koins on your dashboard — and what can break the chain.
The attribution chainlink
When you select Visit & Earn (or copy your shareable link), Kariant mints a tracking link that is unique to you and that listing. Opening it routes you through Kariant's redirect — which records the click and forwards you to the vendor with your link's identity attached — and lands you on the vendor's site.
When you complete a qualifying purchase, the vendor's affiliate network reports the conversion back to Kariant carrying that same identity. Kashback matches it to your link, applies the listing's earning rule, and records the conversion against your account.

- check_circleThe attribution window is per listing (shown on the card, typically 7–90 days): the purchase must complete within the window after your click.
- check_circleLast-click wins at the network level — if you also clicked another affiliate's link after yours, the network may attribute to them.
Conversion lifecyclelink
Each reported purchase becomes a conversion with a lifecycle you can watch on the Dashboard and History pages:
- check_circlePending — reported by the network, awaiting confirmation (automatic for most listings, manual review for some).
- check_circleConfirmed — verified; Koins are credited immediately, or held for the listing's holdback period first.
- check_circleRejected — did not qualify (with the reason shown), or was reversed by a refund/cancellation.
Keeping attribution intactlink
- check_circleAlways start the purchase from Visit & Earn or your copied tracking link.
- check_circleComplete the purchase in the same browser where you clicked, with ad-blockers and strict tracking protection relaxed for the vendor's checkout.
- check_circleFinish inside the attribution window — if it lapses, click your link again before purchasing.

Networks typically report within minutes to 72 hours of purchase. The conversion shows as pending first; confirmation timing depends on the listing's settings.

Only purchases that started from your tracked link attribute. If you navigated to the vendor directly, go back to the listing and click Visit & Earn before buying.
