Your KashBack data & privacy
KashBack keeps records of your clicks, subscriptions, earnings, and settings so the program can pay you correctly. You can download a copy at any time, and account deletion removes what the ledger no longer needs.

- 1Open Settings from your KashBack navigation.
- 2Use the data export action to download your KashBack data as a single file — it covers your subscriptions, KashBack Links, referrals, wallet activity, and preferences.
- 3Exports have a short cooldown between requests; if you are asked to wait, try again in a minute.
- 4Keep the same account selected while the export is prepared. If you change account or leave Settings, start a new export from the intended account; a pending response for the previous account will not start a download.
Your leaderboard privacy preferencelink
Show on Leaderboard is an explicit opt-in for the signed-in account. A missing preference defaults to anonymous display. Switching accounts does not copy the previous account's choice.
Use Save Settings to apply your preference. The switch is temporarily disabled while saving so the displayed choice matches the submitted one; it becomes editable again when the request finishes.
If saved preferences cannot be loaded, editing and saving are disabled to avoid overwriting them. Reload Settings and try again; Support cannot change this preference on your behalf.
What deletion doeslink
KashBack data is removed as part of Kariant account deletion — there is no separate KashBack-only deletion. Records held only to run the product for you are deleted; records that a dispute, a payment, or past payouts still depend on are stripped of personal details instead of destroyed, so past payouts remain auditable without identifying you.
