Earning is paused or blocked

Beyond per-subscription issues, three account-level states can stop earning entirely. Each is visible in how subscriptions behave.

The three stateslink

check_circleAccount earning suspension — new subscriptions are rejected and held releases pause until the suspension is lifted. Suspensions come with a reason; raise a ticket to appeal. Your existing wallet balance is untouched.
check_circleProgram pause — during a platform-wide pause, subscriptions are recorded but held as pending (nothing auto-credits) until the program resumes. No action needed on your side.
check_circlePartner accounts — Kashback is buyer-side. Partner accounts cannot join the earning program; partners monetize through Katalyst and the partner surfaces instead.

No — your wallet balance stays intact and spendable. The suspension blocks NEW earning (and pauses holdback releases) until lifted.
