Visit & Earn link problems
The Visit & Earn button routes through Kariant's tracked redirect to the vendor. When something is off with the destination, here is what each behavior means.
Behaviors and what they meanlink
- check_circleYou land back on the listing with a "no vendor destination configured" notice — that listing's outbound destination is not set up yet; earning links for it are paused. It typically resolves quickly once the catalog team configures the destination; try again later or pick another listing.
- check_circleThe link opens the listings page instead of a vendor — the tracked link was invalid or has been removed. Generate a fresh one from the listing page.
- check_circleNothing opens at all — your browser's popup blocker likely blocked the new tab. Allow popups for kashback.kariant.app or use "Get Shareable Tracking Link" and open it manually.
If it persistslink
If a specific listing's Visit & Earn stays broken for more than a day, raise a ticket naming the listing — the destination configuration is fixable on Kariant's side and your tracking link itself is fine.
