Visit, Subscribe & Earn link problems

If a specific listing's Visit, Subscribe & Earn stays broken for more than a day, raise a ticket naming the listing — the destination configuration is fixable on Kariant's side and your KashBack Link itself is fine.

An offer can stop taking new visits for a while, for example while it is being checked. Try again later from the offer page. Support can't skip these checks.

A request to add or update an earning offer does not make it active or guarantee a reward. Rely on the current eligibility and final terms shown in your account. Support cannot activate an offer or promise a credit while review is pending.

An unavailable offer cannot accept new earning activations. Making an offer unavailable does not by itself cancel an already approved reward schedule; its confirmed terms and any separately reviewed reversal still apply.

If an offer becomes available again, start from its current page. An older visit does not automatically qualify under the renewed offer. Already committed rewards keep their confirmed terms, subject to any separately reviewed reversal.

If an offer stays unavailable, send Support the offer name, the approximate time and any reference shown on the page. Support can ask for a review, but can't turn an offer back on.

Support will never ask you to transfer Koins to unlock your earnings. Use only the earning terms and final amounts shown in your own account; report any request for a manual transfer.
