The closed-loop ruleslink
Earned promotional Koins are fully spendable on platform tools and services but are not convertible to Kash (withdrawable value) — ever. Purchased Koins follow the platform-wide conversion and withdrawal rules, which are currently in a closed-loop launch posture: conversion and withdrawal remain disabled platform-wide until payout rails go live.

Awards run server-side within moments of the verified action. Check the History tab on the Koins hub — every award appears as an "Earned:" ledger row. Caps (monthly/daily/lifetime) are shown on each earn card.

No. Earned promotional Koins are spendable but never convertible to withdrawable value. This is a permanent rule, not a temporary gate.
