Navigation, toolbar & notifications

The slim bar above the header carries your context controls: region, state/city, and language selectors (which also drive currency display — Koin figures render as Sikka in India), a Compare chip showing your live comparison count, a Saved chip linking to /saved, the notification bell, a Messages shortcut, theme toggle, and a “More from Kariant” menu linking the wider platform.

It also carries the franchisor cross-links — For Franchisors sign-in and sign-up — so brand owners landing on the seeker surface can reach their own console in one tap.

The main header groups the seeker surface into dropdowns — Discover, Finance, Diligence, Intelligence, Properties, Legal, and My Journey (your pipeline, appointments, messages, notifications, and saved list). Every entry is a live page; the four big hubs also carry their own left-rail navigation inside.

The bell shows your latest alerts in real time — new-lead confirmations, stage changes, quotes, appointment updates, discovery-day RSVPs, and message notices. The full feed lives at /notifications (linked from the bell and the My Journey menu).
