Franchisors measure network satisfaction with structured surveys and share a respond link. If you operate a unit, you answer at that link — signed in.

Your response is shared with the franchisor who created the survey and feeds their satisfaction analytics. Only you, that franchisor, and platform administrators can read it.
- 1Open the respond link your franchisor shared (franchise.kariant.app/surveys/respond/…) and sign in.
- 2Answer the questions — NPS, ratings, yes/no, and open text. Required questions are marked.
- 3Submit. One response per operator per survey — if you already answered, the page shows your submission date instead of a second form.
