Your deal room
Every opportunity in your pipeline opens as a single page in Kontinue, and its Documents tab is the deal room — the documents, disclosure receipts and proposed sites for that one conversation, alongside the Meetings, Quotes, Messages and Activity tabs for the same lead.
What you see therelink
The Documents tab shows the disclosure documents the franchisor has shared with you, with your own receipt trail — when each was delivered, when you opened it, and your acknowledgement — plus the documents they have asked you for and any sites you have proposed. Meetings, quotes and messages for the same opportunity are one tab away.
Viewing and acknowledging a disclosure document here is recorded server-side with timestamps — one trail, visible to both sides, so there is never a dispute about when a document reached you. You are also emailed whenever a franchisor sends you a document.
