Your deal room
Every opportunity in your pipeline opens as a single page in Kontinue, and its Documents tab is the deal room — the documents, disclosure receipts and proposed sites for that one conversation, alongside the Meetings, Quotes, Messages and Activity tabs for the same lead.
What you see therelink
The Documents tab shows the disclosure documents the franchisor has shared with you, with your own receipt trail — when each was delivered, when you opened it, and your acknowledgement — plus a read-only checklist of documents they have asked you for and any sites you have proposed. Checklist states are requested, received, verified, rejected or waived; a rejection or waiver includes its recorded reason. Meetings, quotes and messages for the same opportunity are one tab away.
If Kariant administration reassigns or archives the inquiry, every still-open checklist request is waived. Restoring the inquiry does not silently reopen it; the current authorized representative must request the item again.
Viewing and acknowledging a disclosure document here is recorded server-side with timestamps — one trail, visible to both sides, so there is never a dispute about when a document reached you. You are also emailed whenever a franchisor sends you a document.
