Recipients are resolved server-side from that book, never from a list you upload, and a repeated send of the same campaign on the same day is deduplicated instead of re-notifying people.
The audience description you write (your ideal customer profile) grounds the AI message drafting — it does not target or filter recipients today. Email and DM campaigns can be composed and saved now; they queue as "scheduled" and dispatch once those delivery rails activate — the console says so on the composer rather than pretending they sent.
