Ask a question on a listing’s Q&A board
Every software, AI tool, and service listing carries its own Q&A board. Ask before you buy — publicly for the community, or privately so only the provider sees it.
Find the boardlink
Open any listing’s detail page and scroll to the Forum section — the board is embedded right there. For a focused view, use “Explore Full Dedicated Forum” to open the board’s own page (for example /software/@handle/forum).
Post and replylink
- 1Sign in — reading is open to everyone, posting requires an account.
- 2Start a thread with a title and your question.
- 3Choose visibility: Public (everyone sees it) or Private to the provider (only the provider’s team sees it — use this for pricing or account-specific questions).
- 4Reply to existing threads the same way; replies can also be public or private.
- 5You can edit or delete your own posts and comments at any time.
Provider answerslink
Providers answer from their partner console, and their replies carry a Partner badge so you know it is the real team responding. Providers may close a thread once it is resolved.

Who can see a private post?expand_more
Only the provider of that listing (and Kariant moderation). Private posts are for questions you don’t want public — pricing, account details, or security specifics.
