Write a verified review
Reviews on Kariant are submitted through a secure server path, moderated before they display, and marked verified when the provider has confirmed you as a real user. That keeps ratings authentic for everyone deciding after you.
How review verification workslink
Anyone can read reviews, but the review form is gated on review authorization for that specific listing. Authorization confirms with the provider that you are a registered user of the product. An approved authorization is also what stamps your published review with verified-reviewer status — the badge buyers use to weigh it.
Request authorization and publishlink
- 1Sign in and open the listing’s detail page, then scroll to the User Reviews section.
- 2If you have not been verified yet, use Add to Workspace on the review panel — this records the tool in your Workspace and sends a review-authorization request to the provider.
- 3The provider (or the Kariant team) confirms you as a registered user. While that is pending you will see a “Review Authorization Pending” notice.
- 4Once approved, the review form appears: pick a 1–5 star rating, write your comment (up to 2,000 characters), and submit.
- 5Your review is submitted over Kariant’s secure server path — your reviewer identity comes from your verified sign-in, never from anything a page could forge — and lands as PENDING.
- 6A moderator reviews it; only after moderation approval does it publish to the listing’s User Reviews section and its public reviews page. The listing’s average rating and star breakdown update when it goes live.
Where your review appearslink
Published reviews show on the listing’s detail page with the average rating and star breakdown, can be featured as a highlighted review card, and appear on the listing’s dedicated reviews page (for example /software/your-handle/reviews), which search engines index.
Vendors can respondlink
Providers may write a response to a published review, and published vendor responses render directly under the review they answer on the detail page — attributed as a response from the vendor’s team.
When enough response data exists, the reviews section also shows the vendor’s track record — for example “Vendor responds to X% of reviews · median Y h response time”. These figures are computed from real recorded responses; the line simply does not appear until there is data behind it.

Why can’t I just write a review immediately?expand_more
Two gates protect ratings: the review form requires provider-confirmed authorization, and every submitted review is moderated before display. Your review will not appear the instant you submit — pending reviews publish after moderation approval.
I submitted a review — why isn’t it showing?expand_more
New reviews land as pending and display only after a moderator approves them. If it has been unusually long, contact support with the listing name.
Do I earn Koins for writing a review?expand_more
Not from the company being reviewed — vendors can never pay for reviews or ratings in either direction; that independence is deliberate. Separately, the platform’s own task-reward program can credit a small, monthly-capped Koin amount when a review of yours is published, once the platform enables that task. The grant never depends on what your review says or how you rate.
What if the provider rejects my authorization?expand_more
If you believe you were rejected in error, contact support with your purchase or usage evidence and we will review it with the provider.
Can a vendor edit or remove my review?expand_more
No. Vendors can only respond publicly under it. Moderation decisions are made by Kariant, not the vendor.
