Design workflows with Flow
Flow (/platform/flow) turns a plain-language prompt into a visual workflow diagram — or starts you from a proven template — and saves your flows privately unless they are published to the community feed.
Generate a flowlink
- 1Describe the workflow — for example “Automate lead capture from website to CRM with AI scoring” — and click Generate Flow.
- 2The AI produces a diagram of five to eight connected nodes (triggers, software, AI tools, services, actions, and conditions) on the canvas.
- 3Edit on the Canvas tab, or start clean with Create from Scratch.
Templates and community flowslink
The Workflow Templates section offers proven starting points — each card shows its node count and tags, and Use Template opens it on the canvas. The Community Flows section lists workflows other users have shared publicly; the Discover tab shows both, and My Flows collects yours.
Saving and privacylink
Saved flows are private by default — only flows that are public show a Public badge in My Flows and appear in the community feed. Flow names are derived from the diagram itself (first step → last step); the raw prompt you typed is never stored on the shared flow record.
Signed-out visitors get the product overview plus a real sandbox at /platform/flow/try to test generation before creating an account. If flows fail to load, the page says it is a loading failure — it never presents an error as an empty workspace.

Is the prompt I typed visible to other users?expand_more
No. Public flow names are derived from the diagram’s steps, and the raw prompt is never persisted onto the flow record.
Can I try Flow without an account?expand_more
Yes — the guest sandbox at /platform/flow/try lets you test generation. Saving a flow requires signing in.
