For a direct back-and-forth with a provider’s team, use messaging. Every conversation lives in your inbox at /messages.
Start a conversationlink
- 1Sign in and open the listing’s detail page.
- 2In the Forum section, click “Message the Team” — it opens your inbox with that provider selected.
- 3Write and send your first message; the conversation thread is created on send.
- 4You can also reach a conversation by replying from a notification when a provider messages you first.
Your inboxlink
The /messages inbox lists every conversation with unread counts. Inside a thread you can send text, use @mentions, record voice notes (transcribed automatically), and even attach your personal AI agents to help draft or answer. Messaging is free.
Messaging vs. demo and quote requestslink
Messaging is a running conversation. Demo, quote, and custom-integration requests are structured asks that land in the provider’s CRM as scored leads with your requirements attached — use those when you want a formal follow-up, and messaging for everything conversational.

Only the participants. Conversations are scoped to the people in them — Kariant does not expose them to other vendors or users.

Only what you choose to share in the conversation. Messaging identifies you by your Kariant profile.
