See your team & accept invitations
Your member roster lives in your organization’s Teams console — open your organization, go to Teams, and switch to the Members tab. Inviting happens from the same console, and acceptance is deliberately strict so an invite can only ever be used by the person it was sent to.
The rosterlink
In your organization’s Teams console (Teams, then Members), the verified roster page shows name, role, status, email, known IAM role labels, monthly Koins allowance (used vs allotted — shown as Sikka for India accounts), and product access. Allowance is a policy limit, not wallet credit. Use Previous page and Next page for more records. A partial view or unknown IAM label may need owner review; a missing row does not prove there is no membership. The old Platform Team page redirects here.
Select Refresh current access for a new snapshot. The page also checks again when you return to the tab; it is not a continuously updating roster. Private details clear when you switch accounts or leave the tab, and the snapshot expires after one minute. Only the current organization owner can create teams or invite members. Verified members have read-only access here.
How invitations worklink
Only the current organization owner can issue an invitation, from the Teams console. The invite is a link to kariant.app/join-team carrying a one-time token, valid for 14 days, and names a role — admin, manager, member, or viewer. Invitations do not transfer ownership. You may add the person to the organization without choosing a team, or select a team in that organization. A monthly Koins allowance is a policy limit, not a credit to their wallet.
Invitation creation and its email queue record are saved together. Repeating an already completed request does not create another invitation or resend its email. Queued is not delivered: if email did not arrive, check the existing invitation and contact support before creating another. An uncertain sending result is held for review, not automatically resent.
Before confirming, review the exact organization, member email, role, permissions and optional team. The form can search the teams on the current page. If submission cannot be confirmed, use Check original request. This reads the original request only and does not send again. The reference survives a reload in the same tab, but not every browser or device change. No completed receipt found is not proof of failure: keep the reference and contact support rather than clearing browser data or submitting a replacement. Mail-provider acceptance is not confirmation that the message reached the inbox.
Accepting an invitationlink
Acceptance is verified server-side, and all of the following must hold:
- check_circleYou are signed in, and the email on your Kariant account is verified.
- check_circleYour account email matches the email the invitation was sent to (case-insensitive).
- check_circleYour current master account and the current organization owner remain eligible. If you changed your email or your session expired, sign in again and review the invitation.
- check_circleFresh application verification must complete in the browser. If it is unavailable, retry from Kariant; acceptance is not automatically submitted again.
- check_circleReview the organization, optional team, role, product permissions and allowance. Acceptance applies only the invitation version you reviewed. If it changed, check its status and review again.
- check_circleThe invitation is still pending. It cannot reactivate a suspended membership; the organization owner must resolve that separately.
Recovering an uncertain resultlink
If the page cannot confirm acceptance, select Check invitation status. This only reads the original invitation; it does not accept again or send another email. Reopening the original link works too, while signed in with the invited verified email.
The page confirms an accepted invitation only while your current membership is verified. Expired, revoked or changed membership states require the organization owner’s help. Switching accounts or renewing your session clears the earlier private review while current access is checked.
What accepting doeslink
One transaction activates your organization member profile, applies the approved role and optional IAM binding, adds you to the selected team when one was chosen, retains existing team memberships and allowance usage, and marks the invitation accepted. It does not purchase, credit, debit or withdraw Koins. If the result is unclear, check membership before submitting another acceptance.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it say the invitation was sent to a different email?expand_more
Invites are locked to the invited address. Sign in with the account that owns that email — or ask the organization owner to reissue the invite to the address you use.
Why am I asked to verify my email before accepting?expand_more
Acceptance requires a verified email so an invitation cannot be claimed by an account merely typing the right address. Verify from hq.kariant.app, then open the invite link again.
Can anyone on the team send invites?expand_more
No — only the organization owner can issue invitations, and the server independently checks that the issuer really is the owner before honoring an accept.
