- 2Konvert splits the content into passages and indexes them for retrieval within your workspace.
- 3Use the test panel to ask a question and see which passages are retrieved.
Use it in conversationslink
Add a knowledge-grounded AI step to a flow: when it runs, Konvert retrieves the most relevant passages for the contact's message and instructs the AI to answer from them. Your knowledge base is private to your workspace and only used for your own replies.
