Email campaigns (/email) send to leads who have email consent, with tracking and compliance built in.
How campaigns worklink
- 1Compose the campaign on /email — subject, body, and audience (leads with a captured email and consent).
- 2Send or schedule. Delivery, opens and clicks are tracked per recipient and rolled up on the campaign.
- check_circleEvery email carries a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribed recipients are suppressed platform-wide automatically — future sends skip them.
- check_circleOnly consented contacts are mailed. Consent is recorded on the lead (see the leads guide) and revocation is honored immediately.
- check_circleOpen and click stats appear on the campaign and on each delivery in the delivery log.

No. Konvert is consent-first: campaigns go to contacts captured through your own channels who have a consent record. Purchased or scraped lists violate the terms.
