Review campaigns & vendor responses
Reviews on Kariant run through a verified, moderated pipeline: you confirm who is a real user of your product, Kariant moderates what publishes, and your responses render directly under each review on your public detail page.
Confirm your reviewers (the request-review flow)link
The review form on your listing is gated on review authorization. A buyer who wants to review you first requests authorization — adding your product to their Workspace sends the request — and it lands in the Review Authorizations queue on your Partner Dashboard. Approve the people who are genuinely registered users of your product and reject the rest; an approved authorization is what stamps their published review with the verified-reviewer badge buyers weigh.
Moderation before displaylink
Every submitted review travels Kariant’s secure server path and lands as pending — no review displays the instant it is submitted. A Kariant moderator approves it before it publishes to your detail page and your public reviews page, and your average rating and star breakdown update when it goes live. Moderation decisions are Kariant’s, applied equally: you cannot remove an authentic negative review, and nobody can flood your listing with unmoderated ones.
Respond in Review Studiolink
Review Studio at /partner/solutions/performance/review-studio lists every review across all of your listings with its response state. Write a response once and it publishes under that review — attributed to your team — on your public detail page, whichever vertical the listing lives on: software, AI tools, or services. Replies made within 48 hours of the review appearing are credited toward your Review Champion badge (recognition only — platform actions never pay Koins, policy since 31 July 2026); a later reply still publishes, it just is not credited toward the badge.
Once enough response data exists, the reviews section on your detail page shows your track record — response rate and median response time — computed from real recorded responses. The line does not appear until there is data behind it, so an early, consistent response habit is what builds it.
Review campaigns & recipient privacylink
Review campaigns — outbound review requests to your own customers via email, shareable link, or QR — are account-scoped by design: a campaign and its recipient list belong to the partner who created it, are never readable by another partner, and cannot be re-homed onto a different account. The self-serve campaign builder is not live in the console yet; until it ships, the working playbook is the one above — approve authorizations promptly and point registered customers at your listing so they can request authorization and review you.
Frequently asked questions
My customer submitted a review — why isn’t it visible yet?expand_more
It is pending moderation. Every review lands as pending and publishes only after a Kariant moderator approves it — that applies to all reviews on all listings equally. Ratings and counts update when it goes live.
Can I approve the review myself to speed things up?expand_more
No. You control who may review (the authorization queue); Kariant controls what publishes (moderation). The split is deliberate — it is what makes a verified review worth something to the buyer reading it.
Can I pay or reward customers for reviews?expand_more
No. Reviewers earn nothing for writing a review, in either direction — that independence keeps ratings credible. Reviews you receive and answer count toward your badges (Review Collector, Review Champion) — recognition only, never Koins, on either side.
Who can see a campaign’s recipient list?expand_more
Only your account (and Kariant). Campaign records are bound to the partner who created them — other partners can never read your customer list.
