Ground AI answers with My RAG
When buyers ask Kariant's AI about your product, the answers ground on what you have indexed. My RAG and agent training let you feed URLs, knowledge, FAQs, and instructions into your own knowledge base — a live capability on the Kariant Agentic AI tier.
Why ground the AIlink
Klick answers buyer questions using real, indexed data — never fabrication. If you have not fed your knowledge base, the AI can only ground on your listing fields. Indexing your docs, pricing, and FAQs means answers about your product are accurate, current, and in your own words.
This is the agent-ready knowledge base of the Kariant Agentic AI tier, and it is live today. Ingestion is metered at 1 Koin per ingest.
Add training sources to your agentlink
Each of your listings can have an AI agent with a handle (for example @yourproduct). The training page for that agent takes four kinds of input: URLs, free-text knowledge, Q&A-style FAQs, and custom instructions. Everything you submit is fetched and indexed through Kariant's secure AI gateway, and each source shows its status (indexed or failed), chunk count, and token estimate.
- 1In the partner console, open your Klick agents area and choose the agent for your listing, then open its Train page.
- 2On the URLs tab, add your documentation, help center, pricing page, changelog, and feature pages one at a time. Each URL is fetched and indexed; you will see how many chunks were created.
- 3On the Knowledge tab, paste text the AI should know — setup guides, troubleshooting steps, feature descriptions — with a clear title for each entry.
- 4On the FAQs tab, add question-and-answer pairs for the things buyers ask most.
- 5On the Instructions tab, write custom instructions that shape your agent's personality and behavior — for example "recommend the Pro plan for teams of 10-50" or "always offer to schedule a demo for complex questions".
- 6Click Save Training Data.
Curate your knowledge in My RAGlink
My RAG (the Intelligence Repository) is the management view of everything you have indexed. Every knowledge chunk appears with its title, a content preview, tags, its source, and an active/inactive status.
From here you can search across all chunks, edit a chunk's title and content inline, toggle a chunk between active and inactive to control whether the AI uses it, or delete it permanently. Keeping this repository current is the single biggest lever for answer accuracy.
Where your trained agent shows uplink
Once trained, your agent answers grounded in your knowledge base wherever buyers meet it:
- check_circleKlickChat — users type @yourhandle to talk directly to your product's AI agent.
- check_circleKlickLive — users say "Talk to <your handle>" for a voice conversation with your agent.
- check_circleKarris — your agent appears as a contextual suggestion on relevant pages.
- check_circleYour listing detail page — KlickChat automatically uses your agent's persona there.
Frequently asked questions
Which tier do I need for this?expand_more
The partner knowledge base and agent training are part of the Kariant Agentic AI tier and are live today — as are the rest of the agentic suite: the sales agent, AI lead qualification, demo scheduling, and browser agent runs.
Can I remove something the AI has learned?expand_more
Yes. In My RAG you can toggle any knowledge chunk to inactive so the AI stops using it, or delete it permanently. Edits to a chunk's title and content also take effect from the repository.
A URL failed to index — what should I do?expand_more
Use a direct link to a readable article or page (not a script-heavy app screen or a download). If a page cannot be read, paste the key content into the Knowledge tab instead — text entries index reliably.
