Manage your team
The Partner Team page lets you bring collaborators into your partner account without sharing your login — you invite them with a link, give them a role, and allocate exactly the listings and agents they should work on.
How partner teams worklink
Your partner account has one owner — you — with full access, shown as the Partner card on the team page. Everyone else joins as a collaborator with a role (Viewer or Admin) and a set of allocations that scope what they can work on.
Access is two-layered: the role sets the level of access, and allocations set the surface area — which of your listings and which collaborative agents the member can use. A new collaborator starts with no allocations until you assign some.
Invite a collaboratorlink
Invitations are link-based: you generate a personal invite link and share it however you like. Each link is valid for 7 days.
The invitee needs a Kariant account — the same single account that works across every Kariant surface. When they open the link and sign in, they join your team with the role you chose.
- 1In the partner console, open Partner Team and click Invite Collaborator.
- 2Enter the member's name and email address.
- 3Pick an access role: Viewer or Admin (Admins are marked with a shield badge on their team card).
- 4Click Generate Shareable Link, then copy the link and send it to them.
- 5The link is valid for 7 days. Once they open it and sign in, they appear as a card on your Partner Team page.
Allocate listings and agentslink
Allocations control exactly which of your listings and collaborative agents each member works with. You can toggle allocations on and off at any time — changes take effect immediately, and each member's current allocations are shown as chips on their team card.
- 1On a member's card, click Allocate to open the Listing Engine.
- 2Under My Listings, click each listing you want this member to work on — a check mark confirms it is allocated. Click again to remove it.
- 3Under Collaborative Agents, do the same for any AI agents the member should be able to use.
- 4Click Finish Allocation. The member's card now shows their allocated listings and agents.
Chat with your teamlink
Every member card has a Chat button that opens a direct one-to-one conversation in Messages — if you already have a thread with that person, it resumes the existing one instead of creating a duplicate.
For company-wide coordination, use the HQ Chat button at the top of the Partner Team page.
Remove a collaboratorlink
As the account owner, you can remove any collaborator with the Remove Collaborator action at the bottom of their card. Removal takes effect immediately; their allocations go with them. You can always re-invite someone later with a fresh link.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if an invite link expires?expand_more
Invite links are valid for 7 days. If a link expires before it is used, just generate a new one from the Invite Collaborator dialog — there is no limit on how many links you can create.
Can a collaborator see all my listings?expand_more
No. Collaborators only work with what you allocate to them via the Listing Engine — specific listings and collaborative agents. Until you allocate something, their card shows no listings allocated.
Do team members need their own Kariant account?expand_more
Yes. Each collaborator signs in with their own Kariant account when they open your invite link. One Kariant account works across every Kariant surface, so if they already have one they can use it.
