Two things sit under “refunds”: the platform’s money-back guarantee to you, and refunds you issue to your own customers.
The money-back guarantee to youlink
Eligible early partners get 100% of the one-time listing fee back as Kash, bank-redeemable from day 366 — counted from the day your partner profile was created. Eligibility is capped per region × category: 100 software / 100 AI-tool / 100 service partners in India, and 100 / 100 / 200 for the rest of the world. There is no separate short-term refund window, and your listing stays live permanently either way.
Kash redemption is identity-verified and processed under the platform’s payout rules.
Refunds to your customerslink
For transactions you run with your own customers, manage refund requests from the partner console per your own policy. See the pricing page and partner agreement for the exact terms that apply to your account.
