You get an overall churn-risk score (0–100) with a summary, a per-customer table with a risk band (low/medium/high), the observed signals behind it, and one concrete retention play per customer, plus ranked retention priorities and a data-quality note.
The analysis is grounded strictly in your CRM — it will not invent customers. If your CRM is empty, the page says so honestly and links you to Kontinue to start capturing leads first.

At /partner/solutions/intelligence/price-optimization, the tool reads your own listing’s pricing model and starting price, samples up to 30 published listings in your category (max 20 comparable competitors), and returns a positioning verdict — underpriced, competitive, premium, or unclear — with market observations, risk-graded recommendations (low/medium/high), and the actual competitor rows it compared against. Competitors without published pricing are marked “unpublished”, never guessed.
