Sign your partner agreement
The partner agreement is the plain-language contract between you and Kariant — listing terms, billing, data usage, lead verification, and liability. You review it in the console and accept it with one click; your acceptance is recorded against your account with a timestamp and version.
What the agreement coverslink
The agreement is organized into eight short sections, each written to be readable without a lawyer:
- check_circleListing Terms — you grant Kariant a non-exclusive license to display your listing across its surfaces (including AI-powered discovery); your listing content remains your intellectual property.
- check_circleBilling & Koins — partner plans are one-time purchases; Koins are consumed per the published pricing schedule, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except under the capped early-partner guarantee (per-region × per-category eligibility caps). You get spending alerts at 80% usage and at exhaustion.
- check_circleAI Mentions & Attribution — AI-powered mentions apply on the Kariant AI and Agentic AI plans; attribution is click-based (you are charged only when a user clicks a listing surfaced by AI), and organic directory traffic is free on all plans.
- check_circleData Usage — Kariant collects anonymized engagement signals to power your Kontinue pipeline; partner data is never sold, and lead details are shared only with the listing owner.
- check_circleLead Quality & Verification — leads are verified with email OTP (required) and optional mobile OTP; anomaly detection flags suspicious leads, and flagged leads are never billed.
- check_circleConversion Tracking — optionally install the Kariant Pixel on your site to track conversions for ROI reporting; pixel-tracked events are charged per the conversion pricing schedule.
- check_circleLiability & Disclaimers — Kariant is a discovery platform and does not guarantee specific traffic, lead counts, or conversions; AI recommendations are algorithmic, not endorsements.
- check_circleTermination — either party may terminate with 30 days written notice; on termination you are delisted from AI context within 24 hours, and your directory listing stays visible for 90 days unless you request immediate removal.

Acceptance takes about two minutes. If you are in India, monetary terms display in Sikka; the underlying units are always Koins.

- 3Click "I Agree to the Partner Terms".
- 4The page confirms with an "Agreement Accepted" banner showing the date you signed. That banner appears every time you revisit the page.
How your acceptance is storedlink
When you click agree, Kariant records the acceptance against your partner account: the exact timestamp, the agreement version you accepted (currently version 1.0), and the email on your account. This gives both sides a durable record of what was agreed and when.
Acceptance is per partner account, so you only sign once. If you return to the page later, it shows your signed date rather than asking you to sign again.
Frequently asked questions
Are unused Koins refundable if I leave?expand_more
Koin balances are non-transferable and non-refundable, with one exception: eligible early partners (within the per-region × per-category caps) get 100% of their fee back as Kash, bank-redeemable from day 366 after partner-profile creation — and the listing stays live permanently.
Do I pay for suspicious or fake leads?expand_more
No — and organic leads are never billed at all. Koins are charged only for AI-event and Boost/ad-driven engagement per the published rate card, leads are verified via email OTP (with optional mobile OTP on demo and quote forms), and anomaly-flagged leads are never billed under any attribution.
What happens to my listing if I terminate?expand_more
Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Your listing is removed from AI context within 24 hours, and the directory listing remains visible for 90 days unless you ask for immediate removal.
