Read your Sales dashboard
The Sales & Growth dashboard (Partner → My Sales) is your real conversion and pipeline surface. Every number on it is computed from your own tracked conversions and pipeline leads — nothing is estimated or padded.
Real data onlylink
This page shows only what has actually been tracked for your account. If you have no tracked conversions yet, the cards read zero and the feed is empty — that is by design. As buyers visit, sign up, book demos, and subscribe from your listings (and as your pixel fires off-platform events), the dashboard fills in. Use the refresh button to pull the latest data.
The four metric cardslink
The top row summarizes your commercial performance:
- check_circleTracked Value — the sum of plan amounts on your tracked conversions (the revenue your subscription and payment events reported).
- check_circleConversions — the total count of tracked events across your listings.
- check_circlePipeline Leads — how many leads sit in your Kontinue pipeline, with won and lost totals.
- check_circleConversion Rate — computed from your tracked traffic versus conversions. It shows a dash until you have tracked visits to compute against.
Recent conversions and event breakdownlink
The Recent Conversions table lists your latest tracked events (up to 100) with the listing, event type, value, source, and date. Event types cover the full journey — site visits, page views, sign-ups, free trials, demo bookings, quote requests, contact forms, subscriptions, and completed payments.
The Events by Type panel shows the same events as a proportional breakdown, so you can see at a glance whether your funnel is heavy on visits but light on sign-ups, or converting all the way through.
Pipeline snapshot and CSV exportlink
The Pipeline Snapshot mirrors your Kontinue pipeline: the count of leads at each stage (new, contacted, qualified, proposal, negotiation, won, lost). Click through to Kontinue to work the leads themselves.
Your data is exportable. Click Export CSV to download your conversions as a dated file with event, listing name, buyer email, value, currency, source, subdomain, and timestamp columns — ready for your own CRM or spreadsheet.
- 1Open Partner → My Sales.
- 2Review the metric cards and Recent Conversions feed.
- 3Click Export CSV (enabled once you have at least one conversion) to download your full tracked history.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Sales dashboard empty?expand_more
It shows only real tracked data. If you just listed, there may be no conversions yet — and off-platform conversions require the Kariant Pixel. Set up the pixel and check back as buyers engage with your listing.
Where does Tracked Value come from?expand_more
It is the sum of plan amounts reported on your conversion events — chiefly subscriptions and completed payments where a value was included. Events without a value count as conversions but add nothing to Tracked Value.
Can I get this data out of Kariant?expand_more
Yes. Export CSV downloads your conversions with all columns, and your leads are partner-owned and portable. Kariant never locks in or resells your data.
